Brian A. Walker
With a principal location in Vancouver, Washington, and licensed in both Washington State and Oregon, Brian Walker has been proudly serving the greater Vancouver, Washington, and Portland, Oregon areas since 1997. Brian Walker is also admitted to the Federal Court for the Western District of Washington, the Oregon Federal District Court, and the US Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. He is a reputed criminal defense attorney.
Brian Walker received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington in 1987, and his Juris Doctor (law degree) from Western New England University Law School in 1997.
Matthew R. Hoff
Matthew Hoff joins the Brian Walker Law Firm as Attorney of Counsel after nearly 20 years in private practice as a Criminal Defense Attorney in Vancouver, Washington. Prior to private practice, Matthew Hoff was a misdemeanor prosecutor with the Vancouver City Attorney’s Office. Mr. Hoff represents clients in all criminal matters (felonies and misdemeanors) including but not limited to DUI/DWI, Domestic Violence, Drug Offenses, Murder / Manslaughter / Homicide and cases involving allegations of Sexual Abuse / Assault.
Mr. Hoff is licensed to practice law in Washington and Oregon and is excited to bring his 20+ years of legal experience to the Brian Walker Law Firm. Matthew Hoff received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from Michigan State University in 1995, and his Juris Doctor (law degree) from the University of Oregon in 2001.
Brian Hunter
Brian Hunter is an attorney specializing in bankruptcy, family law, and immigration, offering a wealth of experience and a track record of success. Launching his legal journey at the esteemed Brian Walker Law Firm as a Licensed Legal Intern in 2021, Mr. Hunter has since become a respected member of the Clark County Bar Association, with full licensure to practice across Washington State.
Embodying dedication and loyalty, Mr. Hunter’s journey is marked by a decade of honorable active duty in the United States Coast Guard. His commitment to the nation continues through his ongoing service in the Coast Guard Reserves. A proud resident of Vancouver, WA, Mr. Hunter’s academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Pennsylvania State University and a Juris Doctor from Lewis and Clark Law School, accomplished while actively serving his country.
